有關閉路電視監察系統事宜About CCTV Monitoring
1.設置閉路電視的目的為保障青協、職員及到訪者的財產及安全。
The purpose of installing a CCTV system is to protect the interests and safety of the Federation, staff and clients.
2.一般而言，監察錄像保存期不超過6個月，除非刪除監察錄像有違上述目的。
Generally speaking, all tape records will be retained for not more than 6 months, unless the erasure violates the above stated purpose.
3.只有授權人士方可操作有關設備。
Only authorized personnel can operate the equipment.
4.監察錄像會妥善地保存，以避免未經授權人士翻查，監察錄像只供授權人士翻查及使用於上述註明之用途。
Tape records will be stored in an appropriate way to avoid unauthorized access. Only authorized personnel can access the tape records for the purpose stated above.
